When Sheldon contacted me to photograph their family my first thought was “Oh gosh, she’s married to my husband’s boss – I better do a phenomenal job!” Oh, I kid! I kid! The Heugel family is just as sweet as they are cute! We met last Saturday behind the Athens Sportsplex on the Swan Creek Greenway for our fall session. As the four of them walked up in their blush pink and blue outfits, I may or may not have squealed in excitement!
We were lucky enough to catch the vibrant autumn leaves in the nick of time! The forecast called for rain all week, so the day before our session we shifted our start time to 11am. By the grace of God, we were welcomed with this lovely light and sunny skies. Who says mid-day sun is bad for photography?! 😉
