Where should I even begin with these two? Probably the beginning, huh?

Their love story started with a blog.

Published.  Read.
And a little while later, Mary Alan and Adam fell in love.

Fast forward to May of 2019.  (I remember because we were celebrating my father-in-law’s birthday by playing on a nascar track when the email hit my inbox.)  Mary Alan wrote the sweetest email telling me about her and Adam’s engagement. She told me how she envisioned their wedding day and planned it on her birthday – April 18th!  Oddly enough after a couple of medical emergency surgeries (everyone is fine!), we finally met at Panera Bread.  You know when you meet a person, and you click on so many things & conversation is just so easy?  That’s how I remember our first meet and greet.

We talked about everything!  Literally!  Her sister’s wedding years ago, creating a lifelong bond with children, Dave Ramsey, good food – the list could go on and on.  Most importantly we talked about how special her wedding day is to her and all the details in between.

Unfortunately, the world has a different plan.

As you already know while reading this, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed all of our lives and plans.  Since the quarantine was put into place, Mary Alan and I have been talking, often, about our options.  And at the end of it all, Mary Alan and Adam have decided to move forward with their plan of getting married in the eye’s of God on their original date this weekend!  That is what is most important to them.

Next year they will celebrate with their friends and family at Danclay Farms.
